The Center for Mind Body Therapies is located at the center of Historic Downtown Frederick, MD. It is only one block from Baker Park and the Frederick County Courthouse. The area boasts a beautiful landscape along with a truly historic feel. Parking
Park on Bentz St. (one-way going South), or on Carroll Parkway. There is a big sign for the Center out by the sidewalk, so even at night you should be able to find it. The Center is a large red brick house with a front porch, located just before the intersection of North Bentz St. and West Patrick St.
