Linda Ullom, LCSW-C - ext. 304

Psycotherapy / Counselor

Linda offers psychotherapy for adults, families and groups for the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship abuse, post traumatic stress and grief. Her treatment approach integrates cognitive-behavioral interventions with guided imagery, meditation, journaling and grounding techniques. The clients' strengths are emphasized and developing healthy coping strategies is encouraged.

Other Areas of Specialty:

Linda specializes in the assessment and treatment of adults who have survived childhood trauma, including emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Trauma treatment is based on a relational framework which allows for a collaborative method of addressing clients needs. Adjunctive support services such as massage, acupuncture, meditation, and yoga are encouraged and are offered at CMBT.

Linda has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1996 and is guided by their code of ethics.
