The parent Seminars have been designed to help parents who are living separately identify and understand the issues they and their children are facing and to respond in ways that will promote healthy adjustment and emotional growth for their children. The ability of the parents to cooperate in co-parenting is especially important.

Strategies will be provided to assist parents in the development of a positive co-parenting relationship which can provide the foundation for working together to make decisions regarding the children. It is important for both parents to continue to function as involved and caring parents in all areas of their lives.

  • How to keep children out of the middle of adult conflicts

  • Developing cooperative co-parenting skills

  • How to communicate in difficult situations
