Regina offers integrative counseling that draws from western psychological theories and practices as well as holistic and spiritual perspectives. She earned her M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in clinical community counseling and received postgraduate training and supervision at the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute in Towson, Maryland.

Specialties Include:

Integrated and CBT approach to the treatment of panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, worry, OCD and travel related phobias such as the fear of flying, bridges, tunnels, and highway driving. Exposure therapy available. I rely on cognitive-behavioral theory and techniques as the foundation of treatment, but I also include relaxation training, interpersonl approaches, and mindfulness based coping strategies to improve recovery. Lifestyle changes and incorporation of mind-body approaches such as massage therapy, yoga, and acupunture may also be recommended as part of the treatment program to reduce hyperarousal and stress.
